Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the intimate nature of lingerie and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final.
We only accept returns or replacements in the rare event that an item arrives with a manufacturing defect.
Please note:

Items cannot be returned or exchanged for fit, style preference, or sizing issues.

We do not accept returns for normal wear, improper care, or buyer’s remorse.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition to be eligible for review.
If your item arrives damaged or defective:

Contact us within 3 days of delivery

Include your order number and clear photos of the issue

Once reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost
Because many of our pieces are made-to-order or shipped directly from our designers, we are unable to accept general returns or exchanges.
